Cost and Payment
The price includes accommodation in the reserved apartment.
Additional charges apply for:
• Cleaning, if required during your stay.
• Parking—subject to availability in the respective residential complex.
• Early check-in (before 2:00 PM) and late check-out (after 12:00 PM).
If you have selected an apartment, please make the payment using the provided payment details and be sure to send us the payment receipt.
Once we receive your payment, we will confirm your reservation.
Reservations are not confirmed without payment, so check-in is only possible for the options that remain available at the time of your arrival.
Payment for accommodation must cover at least 1 night (if the reservation is for only 1 night, the full amount is due).
We always strive to be understanding in every situation.
If you are unable to arrive, please notify us in advance:
• If you notify us 5 days or more in advance, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% fee to cover administrative costs (booking, financial transactions, etc.).
• If you notify us less than 5 days in advance, a partial refund may be possible—depending on the specific situation and the apartment booked. Each case is considered individually.
• If you notify us less than 1 day before check-in or do not arrive at all—the prepayment is non-refundable.
Check-in and check-out
Standard check-in time is after 2:00 PM, and check-out time is by 12:00 PM.
If needed, you can arrange an early check-in—free of charge if it’s 1–2 hours earlier and the apartment is available—or a late check-out for an additional fee.
If you need to check in at night or early in the morning (approximately between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.), you must book at least one day in advance so that we can guarantee the apartment for you.
If your check-in is scheduled after 10:00 AM and any available apartments in the same category suit you, we can accommodate you at no extra charge—subject to availability.
By the way, there are almost always apartments available in the morning, so we can almost always find a solution for early check-in.
Late check-out is available for an additional fee.
Please let us know in advance so we can calculate the cost and reserve the apartment for the time you need.
Late Check-out Rates (calculated based on the cost of 1 night’s stay in this apartment on the selected date):
• by 1:00 PM — 10%
• by 2:00 PM — 20%
• by 3:00 PM — 30%
• by 4:00 PM — 40%
• by 5:00 PM — 50%
• by 6:00 PM — 60%
• by 7:00 PM — 70%
• by 8:00 PM — 80%
• by 9:00 PM — 90%
We offer contactless check-in—it’s as convenient as possible.
In the evening, one day before your arrival, we’ll send you instructions and a code to unlock the door.
The code will remain active for the entire duration of your paid stay.
You’ll find all the additional details in the instructions we send you.
When you check out, please:
• leave the key fob (if applicable) in the location specified in the instructions;
• make sure all electrical appliances are turned off;
• close the door behind you.
We recommend letting us know your check-out time in advance and sending us a message after you’ve checked out to let us know you’ve left.
What if you didn't manage to pick up your items by 12:00, and the code no longer works?
Don't worry. Just message us on the app where you made the reservation, and we'll extend the code's validity so you can pick up your items at your convenience.
Accommodation
Parties or celebrations are not permitted; the apartment is not available for parties or noisy events.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
The exception is if you have rented an apartment with an open balcony or terrace where smoking is allowed.
You can rent the apartment for a few hours, but the minimum charge is for one full day.
Standard check-in time is after 2:00 PM, and check-out time is by 12:00 PM.

• Underground parking — available in some complexes for your convenience and security.
• Surface parking at the “Manhattan City” residential complex.
